Howl-A-Thon is Friday!

Please join the Atlanta Queer Literary Festival and Poetry Atlanta in presenting an evening of Allen Ginsberg at the First Existentialist Congregation in Candler Park, 470 Candler Park Drive, on Friday, June 3, 7:30 p.m. Come listen to some of Atlanta's most talented poets read from his works. It promises to be a trippy evening. $5 Suggested Donation, benefit for AQLF.

Featured poets include: Alice Lovelace, Collin Kelley, Franklin Abbott, Cleo Creech, Mindy Friedman, Karen Head, Kodac Harrison, M. Ayodele Heath, Theresa Davis, JC Reilly, Sharan Strange, Megan Volpert, Dan Veach and a few surprise guests. Rupert Fike is your host.

how wonderful to see you celebrating allen and his work - i can almost see all of them - allen, peter, jack, neal and the rest of the gang, looking down and having one heck of a good time at your festival - who would have guessed - all those years ago - that we would have read and been so influenced by the "beat" writers - thank you AQLF for remembering
